Job Description: The Real Estate Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote properties effectively. They work closely with real estate agents, property developers, and owners to ensure properties are marketed successfully to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Key Responsibility:
- Marketing Strategy and Recommendation for real estate project
- Creating, reviewing, analyzing marketing communication and activities to increase sales, profit and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Coordinating with agency, supplier and other third parties for any marketing activities
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Managing plan and implementation to meet management's and client's expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Relative Field
- 1 year experience
- Proven experience in real estate marketing.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office, Photoshop and illustrator would be advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Good attitude, able to work under pressure, good team-work, strong responsibility and opened-minded
