We are seeking a diligent and analytical Property Analyst to join our Nexus Real Estate Advisory team. As a Property Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Required qualifications are as follows;
Responsibilities
- Engage in all kinds of real estate advisory including market research, feasibility study, development consultancy and valuation.
- Analyze and evaluate the property’s physical details and its opportunities, including locations, accessibility, building codes, potential developments etc.
- Conduct thorough property market research to access property values and market trends.
- Provide development conceptual plans & designs to understand the highest & best uses of the property
- Perform detailed financial analysis of potential developments, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and sensitivity analysis.
- Provide recommendations for property optimizations and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, contractors, property agencies etc.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- 2 years experiencing in the real estate industry, private equity or capital markets/investment banking
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Have a background in Property Development or Property Management
- Knowledge of project development financing and construction process is preferable
- Strong writing and critical analysis skills and attention to detail
