Job Description:
- Real Estate Development Consulting
- Evaluate viability of real estate developments
- Coordinate with developer, team members, project architect and other consultant to ensure the success of new or existing real estate developments
- Prepare and monitor development schedule and coordinate with developer
- Initiate concept and innovative to real estate development
- Provide solutions and report to the managing director on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Good analytical skill
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate Development, Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of the real estate development process, including feasibility studies, planning, design coordination, construction, and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proven knowledge of finance, marketing, and real estate
- At least 1 year experience in business development in real estate related field
